Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders (United Kingdom)

Royal Mail UK First Class Delivery (2-3 working days) - £0.00 Free Delivery per order

After placing your order with us we will aim to dispatch your parcel within 1-2 working days, however please allow up to 10 days to receive your item(s). We will ship your parcel to your chosen address via Royal Mail.

International Orders

FedEx International - £15.00 per order

FedEx International Priority - £20.00 per order

After placing your order with us we will aim to dispatch your parcel within 1-2 working days, however please allow up to 10 days to receive your item(s). *Shipping times for international orders are an estimate and could vary depending on the destination. We are unable to accept responsibility for any delays during transit and customs clearance.

If we offer a promotional discount for free delivery, any duties, taxes or customs will not be included in the promotion and we are unable to accept responsibility for these charges.

Duties & Taxes

For all international orders outside of the United Kingdom, the customer/recipient is responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be applied during delivery by the destination country. Payment of any tax charges, import duties or customs charges is out of our control and will be invoiced to you by FedEx separately.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return your item(s), please submit a Returns & Refund request to info@sydneypimbley.com within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Once you have sent your Returns & Refund request, you will be notified via email and given the returns address to send your package.

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Goods purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at any of the boutiques or department stores carrying Sydney Pimbley Ltd.

A prompt refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of customer services will contact you. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. 

Please note: any product you wish to return must be kept in its original condition with no signs of usage or damage. Return orders that fail to comply will be rejected.
