Terms of service.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by Sydney Pimbley Ltd ("Sydney Pimbley", "we" or "us") whose registered office is at 16 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, United Kingdom, CF11 9LJ. By placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.
Pricing, payments and delivery
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All of our prices are in British Pound Sterling (£). You will be billed in British Pound Sterling and if you purchase from outside the United Kingdom, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
Our complete satisfaction promise
Sydney Pimbley guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in the original packaging and original voice.
Returning an item
If you wish to return your item(s), please submit a Return & Refund request to info@sydneypimbley.com within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Once you have sent your Returns & Refund request, you will be notified via email the returns address to pack and send your package.
We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Goods purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at any of the boutiques or department stores carrying Sydney Pimbley Ltd.
A prompt refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of customer services will contact you. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Please note: any product you wish to return must be kept in its original condition with no signs of usage or damage. Return orders that fail to comply will be rejected.
Contract for sale
The advertising and display of products on this site is an 'invitation to treat'. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Sydney Pimbley Ltd so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email dispatched once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Sydney Pimbley Ltd on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Sydney Pimbley will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.
Receipt of order
Sydney Pimbley Ltd must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and stock is checked we will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. Sydney Pimbley Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.
Shipping Confirmation
Confirmation of your order will be sent via email to the address provided.
Delivery & Processing Charges
Delivery & Processing Charges include all charges for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests, including future delivery dates and customised packaging, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipments are delivered via Royal Mail.
International Destinations:
For all international orders, deliveries will take three to five working days depending on delivery destination, excluding duration needed for customs clearance. Shipments are delivered via FedEx Express. For all international orders outside of the United Kingdom, the customer/recipient is responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be applied during delivery by the destination country. Payment of any tax charges, import duties or customs charges is out of our control and will be invoiced to you by FedEx separately.
Delivery to post office boxes
We do not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES).
Cancellations and exchanges
If you realised you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us. Since we dispatch quickly it may not be possible to stop your order so in those instances please follow the instructions for 'Returning an item'. Exchanges work in the same way. If you need your exchange to be processed quickly, it will be faster for you to claim a refund on a product by following the instructions 'Returning an item', and meanwhile place another order for the item you require. Although this will mean two transactions on your credit card, it is a faster way for you to get the product you would like.
Defective and damaged items
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days. Customer Services will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, delivering another item by way of an exchange, or refunding the amount paid. The faulty item will need to be returned to us by post to the returns address above.
Disclaimer
'Sydney Pimbley' works to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, incorrect prices or information. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused. If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email us with your comments. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.
Customer responsibility
‘Sydney Pimbley’ cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions.
This site and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between ‘Sydney Pimbley’ and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of products by ‘Sydney Pimbley’ would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation. No prospective customer should seek to make any order through the site from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for ‘Sydney Pimbley’ to sell products.
Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to products and/or the content of the Site (including the names "SYDNEY PIMBLEY" and "sydneypimbley.com" and all sydneypimbley.com software.com software and all Flash, HTML and other code contained in the Site) shall remain at all times vested in the Company and may not be used by you for any purpose other than your lawful use and in accordance with the Contract.

We are not responsible for the contents of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from the Site. Any links that may appear on the Site are not to be taken in any way as an endorsement by us. In the event that you should decide to link to or from any off-website pages or otherwise websites, this shall be entirely at your own risk. In no way will we be responsible for examining or evaluating or making any representations with regards to the subject of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from this site, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for such pages and websites. You are reminded to carefully review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of all off-website pages and other websites that you may visit.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
